Not sure about you, but we’re still on the Pancake Day hype! Rustle up these 3-ingredient Banana & Oat Pancakes for the perfect weekend breaky
Not only are they high in fibre and contain 10g of protein per portion, but they are also a source of essential nutrients, including vitamin B12 and Calcium, Iron and Magnesium. All sourced from our key ingredient.. our delicious Daioni Organic Banana Flavoured Milk 🍌💛
This recipe is super easy to make and can be enjoyed by the whole family!
- 2 medium bananas
- 100g of porridge oats
- 200ml Daioni Organic banana milkshake
For this recipe, you will need a blender/ food processor. Put all of the ingredients in to the blender and blitz until you achieve a smooth batter.
Place a frying pan on a medium heat with a little butter. Pour a tbsp of the batter to the pan and cook until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake. Flip, and continue to cook the other side until they are golden brown. Repeat this process for each pancake.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a blender. You can use oat flour or use wholegrain flour instead and whisk the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
We topped our pancakes with yogurt, banana, blueberries, and a chocolate peanut butter drizzle! Delicious!
TOP TIP – for the chocolate peanut butter drizzle: mix 1 tsp of peanut butter with a dash of our chocolate organic milkshake! It makes the perfect sauce for these pancakes!
