Chicken pasta in white sauce



1 onion, chopped

2 chicken breast, sliced

25g butter

25g plain flour

600ml milk

salt and white pepper, to taste


Saute the onions for 3 minutes in olive oil, until it turns golden brown.

Add the chicken in and pay fry for 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to packing instructions and drain into a baking tray.

Lay the chicken and onion on top of the pasta and set aside.

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce. Return to the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to the boil.

Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes and season with salt and white pepper.
