Daioni Organic Coffee and Walnut pancakes

Give these delicious Coffee and Walnut pancakes using Daioni Organic Caffe Latte, or if you’re in need of something a little stronger, swap it out for our bold Double Shot Coffee! 

This recipe is packed with the essential nutrients our bodies need to function properly, including 15g of protein per portion! By incorporating our organic coffee drinks to your recipes, you are getting also getting a source of vitamin B12 and Calcium.

Dry Ingredients:
  • 125g plain white flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250ml Daioni Organic Caffe Latte or Double Shot Coffee

1. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

2. In a measuring jug, whisk together the eggs, Caffe Latte or Double Shot Coffee, and the light brown sugar until smooth.

3. Add your wet ingredients to the large mixing bowl and whisk until you achieve a thick smooth batter. Don’t worry if there are a few small lumps.

4.Place a frying pan on a medium heat with a little butter. Pour a tbsp of the batter to the pan and cook until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake. Flip, and continue to cook the other side until they are golden brown. Repeat this process for each pancake.
