Salmon Omelette



200g salmon fillet, skinned

1 onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 eggs

100 ml milk

1-2 Tbsp butter, for frying

salt and white pepper, to taste


Place 1 tablespoon of butter into the hot pan and let it melt.

Pour the onion, green pepper, and salmon cubes into the pan and sauté them for 2 to 3 minutes. Move the fillings into a small bowl and set it aside.

Whisk the eggs with milk until air bubbles form.
